If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and either change it or get a refund, so long as this occurs within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and the item is new (unused and unwashed) and in its original packaging with its original labels. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are no longer in a fit condition to put on sale again.
We seek excellence from our products and we are committed to offering the best possible quality, but mistakes can happen. If you feel that your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com. Any items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term use cannot be considered as faulty.
Online refunds will only be accepted for items purchased directly on dgentrena.com.
No refunds will be given for gifts or promotional items.
Once we have received the items, a refund will be issued for the returned items, minus the cost of the return postage (€6 for Spain, €18 for the rest of the world) within 7 to 14 working days.
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you notify us before the items have been shipped, the order will be cancelled immediately and we will refund the full amount of your purchase within 24-48 hours.
If the items have already been shipped, we will do our best to cancel the shipment without you incurring a charge, but if there is a shipping charge, we will refund the value of your order minus any shipping costs incurred.
